Koko Lane offers refunds, store credit or exchange on full price or sale items within 14 days of purchase for items with tags attached & in original, unworn condition.All accessories are final sale.

If you need to return your item for a refund, you will be charged $7.95 for the return label. If you choose to exchange your item, you will be issued a free return label.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. We currently process and package all orders every day. Your order will ship within two business days and shipping usually takes between 5-7 business days. Any product listed as pre-order has the estimated ship date in the product description.
